A family-run business in the heart of Riga, Latvia, Salons MyBeer is a beer geeks paradise. With over 500 bottled and canned beers to choose from, they take the bottle shop experience to a level rarely seen. However, if sitting down to enjoy a cold draft beer is more your style (perhaps after a day of exploring Old Town), continue the journey by entering what many call Riga's "beer museum," which is filled with wall-to-wall memorabilia. With 29 draft handles, MyBeer continues to offer ample options to satisfy anyone's beer-drinking palate. Have a seat in the spacious interior or out on the cobblestoned streets where you can enjoy YOUR beer with a view of the beautiful rooftop architecture that fills Old Town.
Video Visualization & Design: As soon as one enters MyBeer, there is no denying a sense of elegance. From a production and post-production standpoint, we wanted to continue that sensation onto the viewers of the video. However, there are elements within the interior design that offer a rustic essence that works well to balance said elegance. Ultimately, we decided to incorporate smooth camera movements with handheld (shaky) movements to visually match the energy one feels when first entering the establishment. We continue that flow through the editing phase, with a warm color grade inspired by museum lighting to the music choice that transitions from rock 'n' roll to piano melodies.
