Career Snapshot In Six Questions

Question 1: What cameras are you most familiar/comfortable working with?

I have used a range of professional equipment, including the URSA Mini 12K Pro, Sony A7C, Sony A7S III, and Sony A7 IV. For product photography, I used the Sony A7R III, a 42-megapixel camera that also served as a B-cam for multi-camera video projects. The lenses I worked with include the Sigma 24-70mm, Sony 16mm, Tamron 70-180mm, Zeiss 50mm, Sony 90mm, and Sony 24-70mm GM.

Question 2: What video editing software are you adept at?

I’m an advanced user of Adobe tools with more than five years of hands-on experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. My workflow operates fully within the Adobe ecosystem, and I’m equally comfortable adapting to existing pipelines or integrating into broader company workflows as needed.

Question 3: What photo editing software are you adept at?

As a photographer, I use Adobe Bridge for fast organization and sorting, Lightroom for my main editing workflow, and Photoshop for advanced editing techniques. I also use various AI tools throughout the process.

Question 4: Can you share an example of the work you are most proud of in which you were the videographer/cinematographer?

I’m particularly proud of was a remote production I worked on with the marketing team at Brewery Ommegang. I created the initial visualization and took the project from concept through final edit, handling the videography, lighting, and studio staging, including the green screen setup. In post-production, I used Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and compositing, and Adobe Audition for the sound effects and music. Being involved in every stage of the project allowed me to bring the original visualization to life while working closely with the marketing team to make sure the final piece aligned with their creative vision and goals.

Question 5: Can you share an example of the work you are most proud of in which you were the photographer?

In my in-house position at Audio Advisor, I created numerous high-quality product photos for digital and print use. While the images used for the front cover of the company's monthly physical catalog were often provided by the companies that sold the product being showcased, the audio rack shown in the photo was owned by Audio Advisor itself. The company had recently released a new color finish and wanted high-quality images for the cover. It was a great feeling to know that this catalog was being sent out to thousands of homes across the United States with my photo on the cover.
