As a video editor, having a YouTube channel is crucial for my growth mindset. Continuously producing content, whether paid or not, is essential for me as an editor. It allows me to develop my video editing skills and experiment with new techniques in writing, videography, on-screen performance, editing, YouTube analytics, and, most importantly, coordinating international productions. By engaging in all the stages of the video production process, I can improve my skills as a video editor, share my travel knowledge with my viewers, and communicate better with clients who need to hire a video editor on a per-project basis or as an in-house editor.
