Additional Costs & Payment Process
Expense Fund
There is a $100 dollar expense fund a client must agree to at the time of booking. Each project is different and may require specific props/elements to make the project as best as possible. Oftentimes, this fund is used for beer ingredient-related items such as coffee beans, chocolate, and other perishables that will be project-specific. However, there may be a need for props/software not possible to foresee or too long to list here, that is why the max limit is $100.
If an item purchased is not used in the final video, the client will not be charged for it. All items purchased (and transportation costs) will have receipts that will be sent to the client upon project completion to be paid and included in the final payment.

Delivery
For each project, the minimum number of cans/bottles needed is six. Of course, having more than six will facilitate reshoots if necessary (especially if the label on a bottle or can gets damaged during transport). The shipping expense and speed to get products to the studio will be the clients responsibility.

Retainer Fee
At the time of booking and contract agreement, a retainer fee must be paid. The fee will be 50% of a video package cost.
A 30-day payment structure can be requested by a client once a working relationship has been established through multiple projects based on the 50% upfront payment structure.

Final Payment
During the editing phase and before the final delivery of the project, work will be shared with a Planet-TreX watermark for review purposes. Once the project has been approved, the final 50% of a video package cost AND any expense costs must be paid. Only after receiving said payment will the client get the final video and video package elements free of watermarks.

Turn-Around
Project start and completion time is based on booking schedule. Estimation of completion may change due to product shipment delays.
