Story-Driven Video Elements

Customer Review

A client opting for a Customer Review video will receive two completed works: The MAIN video where the A-Roll footage (people talking on-screen) and B-Roll footage (shots of the establishment) are edited together for a seamless show and tell presentation (click here for a video example). The SECONDARY video a client will receive is of the B-Roll footage edited as a standalone video showcasing only the establishment (click here for a video example). This structure offers a client two videos that can be used individually and for different purposes.

A Story-Driven (Customer Review) Video Package Includes:

  • The file of the MAIN video with the following specifications:

    • H.264 (Best and most widely accepted format for social media platforms)

    • Length: 4 to 10 minutes.

    • Resolution: 3840 x 2160 (4K)

    • Ratio: 16 x 9 (Best for Youtube and other video-centric platforms)

  • The file of the SECONDARY video with the following specifications:

    • H.264 (Best and most widely accepted format for social media platforms)

    • Length: 2 to 5 minutes.

    • Resolution: 3840 x 2160 (4K)

    • Ratio: 16 x 9 (Best for Youtube and other video-centric platforms)

  • A 60-second Instagram version of the MAIN video at an aspect ratio of 1:1 (square). This offers a quick, easy, and proper way to showcase the original 16:9 video on Instagram's feed post structure.

  • A 60-second Instagram version of the SECONDARY video at an aspect ratio of 1:1 (square). This offers a quick, easy, and proper way to showcase the original 16:9 video on Instagram's feed post structure.

  • One high-quality and stylized (in editing) landscape photo of your business.

    • A RAW* photo of the product is taken and then edited with professional software to deliver a polished image in a format that can easily be shared and uploaded to the internet (JPEG).

    • Ratio: 16:9

  • One low-resolution version of the above-mentioned photo.

    • The custom video thumbnail size for YouTube videos is 2MB max. We take the high-resolution image and resize it for easy upload to YouTube.

    • Ratio: 16:9

  • One year of storage of the finished video elements (see above). Such elements are available on request for free for one year.

Project start and completion time is based on the booking schedule. Estimation of completion may change due to scheduling issues of the business or business owner.

Note: The videographer must be allowed to use the rental unit as their lodging for the duration of the production. Such a requirement is necessary for the Customer Review portion of the video to be authentic, accurate, and as effective as possible. Depending on the size of the establishment and client goals, the videographer's stay can range between two to five nights.
